Starting his China adventure 11 years ago, Cornelius has witnessed the great changes and developments in China, which gave him a deep insight in the culture and behaviour of Chinese people, both in a social and in a business sense. After working several years independently, he has created MGC, a group of six manufactures and dedicated foreign engineers. His goal is to make MGC a leading company in product engineering and mould making. Cornelius Bakker is also board member of the EU chamber of commerce in South China.

This Dutchman began his career in injection moulding in 1990, and it took him 16 years to go through all the necessary stages of disciplines which brought him where he is today : an all around injection moulding specialist at MGC. With his no-nonsense attitude and many years of experience in product design, mould making, process automation and troubleshooting, Eric turns every problem into a challenge with a successful result. He has become an essential part of the company, being responsible for mould designs and trail injection moulding.



Peter Weyn

Peter Weyn

Peter started his career in Alcatel and worked from 1983 for 6 years in China. Later he was asked by the European Commission and Alcatel to work and live in Tokyo, Japan. He followed the Executive Training Program (ETP) organized by the Commission where he learned thoroughly the Japanese language and business mentality. After 10 years, he decided to start his own company. Major assignments were to assist European companies in their relation with Chinese manufacturer units.
Recently he lived in China again for one year where he successfully set up two new companies.
By being at first a customer himself of MGC, he has witnessed the strength and the expertise of the company. The major challenge is to give every European company a refined production process by using MGC tools and production units.



John Leong

John Leong, Australian Chinese, received MBA qualification in Western Sydney University, and college degrees in Computer, Science, Commerce and Architecture. With 15 years of experience in IT management, HR management and organizational development, John has expertise in ERP development, system analysis and implementation. He is responsible for Information Technologies management in MGC.






Robert Adriaans

Mr. Robert Adriaans has more than 15 years experience in the financial sector and worked as top-consultant for practically all large banks in the field of Payments, Securities & Derivatives, Fund Management, Treasury, Trust, Corporate Finance and special Finances as Real- Estate, Aviation & Plane-financing and Trade & Commodity Finance. He also has specifically aimed to wide experience in the field of media and marketing. Also he has a very extensive Chinese business-network in Europe. Furthermore, he has several publications concerning investing and marketing in China and Europe.




Jack Liu

With 11 years of experience in mould manufactory and injection tooling, he is MGC's major man in mould manufacturing. Jack started as a tool worker in a big mould making factory. 4 years tool manufacturing and management experience brought him to a specialist. In 2000 Jack moved to TTi group where he became responsible for tooling quotations, suppliers' technology support and customer service. After 4 years he joined MGC and became an essential part of the company, being responsible for mould quotations and mould manufacturing technology support.



Salon Chen

Mould Engineer

Salon has studied Human Mechanical Engineering in a famous university of China. He started his career as a mould designer and moulding process team leader in TTi group. After 4 years, he moved to the CECT as a mobile phone R&D department leader. He was responsible for product design, performed feasibility studies, mould drawing review and project cost control for new projects. Salon is familiar with mould design, moulding process, product design and with the safety standard such as UL, CE and ROHS. In August 2005, Salon joined MGC and started his new and challenging career.

Mould Designer

After 6 years experience in mould design, mould making and also familiar with the injection moulding process itself, MGC is pleased that Crystal joined its team. Her job at MGC is to design moulds. To do this properly she uses CAD. With this program she can optimize the mould design and prevent problems such as deformation, mismatch, venting and shrinkage. With Crystal's experience with this software, she can analyze the results carefully and tackle almost every problem before we start with the production of the mould.
