Mould making in China
Mould making is the backbone of our organisation. We have 4 mould factories in our group, with a yearly capacity of around 450 export quality moulds from China. In our group, each mould is made in the facility that is the most suitable, according to its complexity, size and the factory’s capacity.

We can produce moulds up to 2,500 (T) clamping force. For plastic part production and mould testing we have machines ranging from 80 (T) to 2,200 (T). We mainly focus on electronic, medical and household products. Through our capacity and unique product tracking system, we are very comfortable with projects of 30+ moulds. Not every mould we can make, but for very high precision moulds or complicated dual injection moulds, we have great partners in Europe, who are more specialised in producing this kind of moulds.
Project management
Every project has a foreign project manager, who is in charge of communication & technical analyses. He or she will determine if the plastic parts are ready for mould making, if the mould is to be built within the group or because of its complexity outsourced in Europe. The foreign project manager will always be the first point of contact for the customer. The moment the files are approved for production, the Chinese colleagues will take over to make sure that the moulds are built according to the files and agreed standards.
Quality level
To meet the high western standards we employ Dutch & German engineers, to make sure that the moulds are made according to your specifications and that communication is smooth. In Europe the warranty and maintenance is carried out in The Netherlands, where we have a partnership with BeGeDo BV.
Commitment
MGC is dedicated to continually improve its customer service, acquiring the latest, but proven technologies and building a substantial knowledge base of custom tooling techniques. Our mould manufacturing professionals will employ the most suitable and durable techniques to your advantage.
Quality through standardisation!
A detailed analysis is crucial to prevent problems in the future, so every mould, simple or complex, is processed systematically.

Multiple tools
Through our high level of automation and standardisation we have built an online system to keep track of projects with 30+ moulds, their drawing versions, mould changes, production status, assembly fittings, suggested part changes, etc... (and for us, the billing status).
- Project overview
- Download analysis: files, pictures and video
- Confirmation status of the project participants.
- Updates on progress
- Online mould test (video & machine settings. For more information on the system, see Product Tracking System).
