Do you sign NON-DISCLOSURE agreement?

Yes, we fully understand the innovation of your design. It is our policy to comply with customer’s requests of non-disclose agreements. If we don’t get your permission, we would never disclose any information of your products or company to the third party and any copy would be definitely prohibited.  

Do you build hot runner moulds?

Yes, generally speaking, 1/3 of the moulds we make are Hot Runner Moulds. Our hot runner moulds and familiar with many different hot Runner systems, such as HUSKY, YUDO, HASCO, and MOLD-MASTERS. The hot runner accessories for your mould will be carefully selected to meet your needs.

How long does it take to build an injection mould?

It varies, depending on product size and complexity of its shape. Generally, a middle size mould is built in 30-45 days lead-time.

Is it possible without a visit at your company to check whether my mould is built on Schedule?

Yes, surely. When a partnership between a client and MGC is confirmed, MCG will provide login details to the client. From this moment on, the client can log in on our integrated IT platform and will always have access to relevant information like status reports, test reports and accounts without asking for it. In this way we give our client a better overview about the progress of their project.

How will you send out samples to us?

 By DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or other Express Services. Normally, the quotation we submit to you includes the cost of sample delivery for T1 samples. We follow customer's instructions to send out samples to its consignee as well.

How do you pack up the mould?

When the mould has been finalized, rust resistant ointment will be painted onto the surface.  We pack the mould with PVC bags, and then load it into an iron box. All the necessary accessories and CD with important information will be provided according to the Pack List confirmed by our customer.

What kinds of Payment Conditions do you accept?

Usually, we accept standard payment conditions-that is: 50% of total Prices down payment by wire transfer, 30% on mould first trial (test), and 20% on mould delivery (or by 40%-30%-30% for option). Particularly, in case of bigger contracts, our preferable payment term is a combination of wire transfer deposit and L/C at sight for balance.

How can I get after-Sales Service?

Every mould that leaves our factory has run at least 3 days non-stop for testing. After we have delivered moulds to our clients, our after-sales service department will track and make a survey of the mould’s performance. We make the mould strictly in accordance with the standards in the prints. Mould data and project information are well recorded and filed, which greatly guarantees our future track and after-sales service. In case some problems happen to the moulds, we will try our best to assist our clients to solve them as soon as possible. For moulds exported to Europe we have dedicated mould maker in The Netherlands for the after sales.
